Wild Mushroom Omelette

Our Wild Mushroom Omelette is a shop specialty for a reason. We take a classic pan omelet and fill it with sautéed Portobello and Shiitake mushrooms. Then, we season it with fresh thyme, parsley, and rosemary. Finally, we finish it off with a little imported Swiss cheese. It also comes served with home-fried breakfast potatoes but for a healthy alternative, substitute potatoes for applesauce or oatmeal.

Bruschetta Benedict

Our Bruschetta Benedict is a delicious and unique twist on a breakfast classic. We poach two eggs over a split, toasted English muffin and top it off with Roasted red peppers, onions, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil pesto. While this meal may be higher in carbohydrates due to the English muffin, the fresh vegetables, cheese, and eggs add a healthy amount of protein, calcium, and Vitamin C.

Pablo’s Pavo is the ultimate healthy breakfast burrito. We take a flour tortilla and fill it up with egg whites, turkey sausage, Gruyere Swiss cheese, and caramelized onion jam. The dish comes with a side order of home fries, grits or oatmeal. Notably, the absence of red meat in the sausage and egg yolk in the eggs results in a relatively healthy meal that is lower in saturated fat, calories, and cholesterol. This protein-packed dish is sure to keep you full and satisfied.

The Shoppe Salad is always prepared to order with the freshest ingredients. It is filled with crisp romaine, spring lettuce, fresh vegetables, and topped with grilled chicken or steak.
